Not too technical, lots of information about the directorate in the beginning and what to expect. Cares about schoolwork and grades. Asks for classes taken and grades in detail while checking the student transcript. Few social life questions. In the end, answers your questions in detail.

Interview
Started with an easy ability test, then in the second step there was a test called technical proficiency test, which was about human relationships, only thing technical about it was that it was done using a computer. Lastly, there was the HR and technical interview. It took like 15-20 minutes. Questions were pretty basic.
1 hour and 30 minutes long, multiple people attended and asked multiple questions in interviews (in different fields). Some of the questions were hard and some of them were really easy.
