Ascent Aviation Services interview questions

1 30min phone interview, 1 1 hour in person interview with 4 Director level employees, 1 15 min in person interview with verbal job offer being made. Nothing special about the process. HR dept was extremely incompetent and unresponsive through the entire process.

Did the basic interview phases, was told they wanted to bring me onboard and asked what I was looking for as far as pay and everything, gave them that info and never heard anything again. Called several times and left a message asking what was going on and never got any response, just crickets. That is very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to work for this place since they can't even have the nerve to return a call and tell them you are asking for to much or even counter offer. Sad!
