This interview was vague. They asked questions that had nothing to do with the role like, "What does success mean to you?" When I tried to get more information about the role to show interest and to prep for other interviews, they deflected. I was not selected for a second interview although I have more experience and knowledge than the job description required. I found it odd that the recruiter blocked me when I was nothing but kind and polite. I won't be applying again. Also, I found it off-putting that the director said that the project management team doesn't like to listen and then proceeded to ask me how to handle project managers who won't listen.

Long process, but the recruiters are very helpful. Took about a month to get a call back from initial application. Initial interview was a phone call and then a meeting with the hiring manager
