Easy 3 part interview process. First was through the phone with a recruiter. Second was through the computer with the department director. Third was in person with staff. Everyone was very kind and easy to talk to.

What do you see yourself doing in the next 5 years?
super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.

The interview process was very prompt and everyone I talked to was amazing! They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. Very prompt and easy to get ahold of via email and calling.
