I have had a couple of experiences interviewing with the MSC. Not positive. I am a former employee who was downsized recently. I interviewed with a couple people at the MSC (AH and TD) and was offered a job. Turns out I was offered a job that didn’t exist. I was later approached by another high ranking employee (EH) to ask if I was still interested. After some back and forth I was blown off with no explanation. The 3rd time I was approached, it was for another position at the MSC. The interview was set up and at the last minute the director I was to interview with was replaced by a low level employee. Needless to say, that went nowhere. The HR department has been outsourced and not responsive. I find the whole process to be disrespectful of the candidates. It also can take months for someone to get back to you on any applications you submit and more often than not you never hear from HR Not a good way to represent the Ascension values. My advice. Keep looking for a job until you are actually sitting at a desk with a computer. As I said, I am a former employee. When I was originally hired, it took a week to get me a working computer and I got a call 2 weeks AFTER I started from a company doing a background check
