Ascendion interview questions

This company demonstrated a high level of unprofessionalism throughout the hiring process. Initially, they informed me that there would be four rounds of interviews. However, after just the second round, they confirmed my selection and extended an offer. Following this, salary negotiations took place, and I agreed to their proposed budget to move the process forward. Despite this, the process was unnecessarily delayed. Even after confirming the offer and discussing the joining date, at the last moment, the company again pushed for a lower salary hike. The offered compensation was already not very competitive considering my previous CTC, making the repeated negotiations unreasonable. Overall, the entire experience resulted in a significant waste of time and effort. Note: Please save your precious time by not applying in this company. Because even you cleared the interview they are very unprofessional and they bring down even they have a budget

The recruiter was very responsive initially and set up an interview with someone else from Ascendion. The person I interviewed with had a thick accent which made it incredibly difficult to answer their questions, I had to ask them to repeat multiple times. The interview went well despite that and I was set up with a small call with someone else who was in contact with the client company, and was supposed to set up an interview with them. After that there was just nothing, I had to check in with the recruiter who just said that they were still waiting for feedback. A few weeks later and the position is just closed. the entire process was a huge waste of time and I'm not sure if this role was even real.
