Prepare yourself for multiple rounds of interviews, including an exhaustive eight-panel interview at the end. But don't expect much substance from these sessions – the questions asked by team members are often cheesy and irrelevant. It felt more like enduring a Middle School Socratic Seminar, with the hiring manager prodding each member to contribute. Upon investigating their backgrounds on LinkedIn, it becomes apparent that not a single team member has a professional or educational background relevant to their supposed roles. It's no wonder they've settled for such underpaid positions. Frankly, it's baffling where this company finds its employees. For me, enduring this process served as a mere warm-up for more serious applications elsewhere. I can't help but feel sorry for those who rely on this company for their career start. While everyone has to start somewhere, this company certainly isn't the launchpad you might think.
