I whole heartedly agree with the previous review. The assignment took me all weekend (since they sent it on a Thursday) and definitely exceeded the stated time of 2-3 hours. Then, when I sent them the assignment, I asked them to confirm that they could open it. No response. Then I followed up again and they told me they successfully opened it and would get back to me shortly.
I was ghosted for 2 weeks until I randomly got an email saying they had issues opening the file and asking if I could upload it to Github. Then they told me I'd get feedback 24 hours after it was uploaded. After 48 hours, I finally heard back and was told that my SQL skills did not show (I completed the assignment in Python because it said any language would be fine) and that there was "unnecessary metrics" but then told me I was not thorough enough.
Asana Rebel, you should be analyzing your candidates on their ability to think critically, the quality of code and thought process instead of whether they know the best metrics for a marketing campaign .

Tell me about yourself, general questions about past projects, a marketing analysis on web & mobile FB campaigns
The process was good and simple.. anyone with experience can pass it. They know what they are doing and hopefully will find a better candidate than me. I rejected the offer as I was not looking for this
