Online zoom with 2 HR reps and 2 Branch reps. Only Bank Mgr was onscreen and asking questions. Questions focused on conflict resolution, diversity/equity, past experience, etc. Interview took about 25 minutes. Very pleasant experience.
1. Sent resume 2. Got a call 3. Scheduled an interview 4. Attended interview 5. Was asked several questions, mostly typical interview questions like "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to work here", can you work over time" etc. 6. Received an offer the next day

Group Interview with yourself and other applicants. Additionally the interview consisted of 4 interviewers from the branch, HR, and regional management. Be prepared for more than just you and the interviewer and play nice with the fellow applicants.
