Experience and past knowledge, why fit for the job
Joyful. Thorough. The exact job title was National Mentoring Manager, although this was not on the drop down menu on this website. One of the best interview processes I have ever experienced. As a dyslexic candidate, all my needs were met including sending the questions in advance, allowing additional time for the interview for me to respond to questions, making me feel very much at ease. Considered and personalised feedback.
