Interview process started with two screens with members of the ML team. Next was a power day consisting of behavioral, design, and coding interviews. Everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgable and passionate about Arthur's mission. During the power day I got to meet many people from other teams (sales, eng) as well. The interview process was remote but was able to meet much of the team at an in person happy hour. This was a great opportunity to experience a bit of the company culture and was where I fell in love with the team!
