There were three or four phases, with design, coding, and social interviews. The whole thing went fairly quickly, and it was good to meet different members of the team I would be joining

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Artera (CA)
Interview
I had a phone screen with HR for the first round. The second round was a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager, mainly focused on my AWS experience and knowledge. As far as I know, there are three more technical rounds after that. Unfortunately, I didn’t pass the hiring manager round, so I don’t have details about the remaining rounds.
I applied online. I interviewed at Artera (CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Following the HR screening, there was a live coding round.
1. The coding round covered different topics than what the HR had informed. Was informed that it would be a deep-learning (pyTorch) based coding round. Instead it was some leetcode style questions.
2. The questions could have been framed better and more clearly. When I pointed to the errors and discrepancies in the problem statement, the interviewer's response was a bit arrogant.
3. Possibly lacked understanding about the role. Described MLE as a "coding job".
