For an organization as big as Arrow, you'd expect a professional and transactional conversations, my communication with the HR was absolutely unprofessional. Her tone was unkind, her questions felt like interrogation and she absolutely did not care about the candidate experience.
HRs are suppose to be the face of the company, I was glad I rejected this offer even though I was really excited to speak with them, the onus on gaps in my resume seemed to have been a major concern when the HR found the profile on a job listing profile and reached out to me herself, there were two rounds of interview, the first one was great, probably it was great because the person was new to the company. The second one was with a leader in marketing, the person was horrible, there wasnt one question about how I could contribute to the company, it was more about nitty gritties of the resume itself.
The leader boasted about toxic hustle culture like that was the selling point of the role. Major red flags all around.
