I understand that they want to get the best talent in the door, but a month long interview process for an entry level sales position seems a bit excessive. Started with 2 separate phone interviews with recruiters, another phone interview with the sales director, and an in-person interview with five separate people.
Slow the process is very slow of recruting , waiting long time and offer not clear for me, they are un casanearshore , i hope that i have a replay with an offer

It take two days. One interview with the Human Ressource Director. In the same day, I also spoke with the commercial director Day after, the Brand Manager called me for a phone interview It was fast and easy

nella media , un po' difficile il contatto con HR Internazionali , non sempre raggiungibili per domande dettagliate su ruolo proposto. Proprio perché HR Internazionali non aggiornate o competenti su regolamentazione Italiana dei contratti proposti
