After submitting an online application, there was a screening phone call with a recruiter, then three separate zoom interviews with a manager, an HR business partner, and the chief people officer. My recruiter was very responsive and got back to me within 1 business day after each step.

Online and face to face interview, online with people in the U.S. and face to face with people in Guadalajara. Good facilities, very friendly staff and People First approach. Good overall experience.
