I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
I was invited on site and the process started with a 45-minute test that was split into 2 parts. A personality test, and a timed English and arithmetic comprehension. The process began with a 30-minute shadow with a broker from the carrier side and another from the customer side. After these were done, the process ended with an exit interview.
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
