The interview flow consisted of a recruiter screen, hiring manager call, and a round of 3 cross-functional interview calls. The recruiter (Matt) was attentive and responsive and made going through the process straightforward. He was readily available to answer my questions. I recommended in my on-boarding survey that Array ditch the online assessments.
