Recruiter called for a phone interview - After the phone interviewed. They asked me to come onsite for a face to face interview with the hiring manager. During the interviewed the hiring manager, was very professional - he asked me a lot of questions about my background and interest.

They asked me to talked about my past experience. They also asked me, if i ever work for an advertise firm.
