Human resources sent me to the place and I waited for a manager. She asked me questions about previous work experience and skills. She told me about the postion and explained benefits/hours. After the interview she said she would give me a call. Got a call a few days later and was offered the job which I accepted.

I was interviewed by the store manager and four supervisors from different departments of AAFES. There was someone from Power Zone, the cashier/customer service area, the food court, and the furniture department.

Q: What is your experience working in customer service?
Was done over the phone, was asked simple questions about customer service and if I had any previous work experience. Other than that there was nothing unusual. It was short and sweet

Called in asked basic questions. Asked about availability and if able to work certain hours. Talked about general job responsabilities and asked how much customer service experience I had. Stressing how important customer service is.
