The online interview consisted of me and the other graduates applying for the roles at all the offices, consisting of an introductory question of name and what we studied and the role we applied for, followed by the simple 2 truths and a lie. We were asked to recall all the information of another applicant, and then questions were opened for us to ask the interviewer.

The process begins with online psychometric tests, if you preform well in this, then you are invited to an assessment centre where you take part in several activities, such as a question booklet to fill out and a group presentation, once you have completed these activities you will go to do your interview. A two stage interview. First round included a technical knowledge questionnaire, competency based interview and a roleplay scenario of a fact find meeting. Second round was less formal and more of a discussion about the company, role and expectations.
