The interview process consisted of the temp agency sending the candidate to the AFBA building to interview with two customer service supervisors. The supervisors asked questions mostly related to customer service experience and what the candidate would bring to the company.

They got right to it we talked about my experiences dealing with customer service and the value and importance of customer service and family and support and so I was hired in 20 min!
