The process involved a recruiter phone conversation and an in person interview with the tech lead.
It was more of a cultural interview then a technical interview but that was to be expected because it was entry level.
I ended up declining the Position because I didn't feel like they were a good fit for me.
The company seems to have a lot of management and red tape. They also didn't have a development team in Sydney.

Interview
1-1 interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 2-1 interview with hiring manager's peers. I was asked about worked experience. Recent certifications. How I handle certain situations, including conflict and obtaining support for initiatives

Resume screening, phone interview, face to face interview with supervisor and manager, Final interview with HR manager, Medical check-up, and police clearance check. Pretty standard interview process for any company.
