Interview
I went into a conference room with four others in the department and was interviewed by all of them. They were very friendly and made me feel welcome. They also made sure I knew they appreciated my time and I felt they got to know me and let me do the majority of the talking, whereas during other interviews, the interviewer did the most talking. They said they would be in contact with me and kept their word. I also did a written test.
