Arlington Park Racetrack interview questions

The initial phone screen and phone interview were both good. My only concerns for the company regarded dress-code and the work week during the “busy months”. They claim that during a few months, you work Wednesday-Sunday which sounds odd for the marketing department. Other than that, it didn’t sound bad. They wanted to bring in for an in-person but I don’t agree with the dress-code of business formal at all times in a marketing department and the odd schedule. Still, if that doesn’t bother you, it sounds like it would be good experience for someone starting out.

Interviewed with Kelly. Loved her. So nice and wonderful, really made me feel like a part of the team. The questions were very basic, nothing quite challenging. I felt very comfortable and we talked like we had known each other for a long time. The total time was probably about 30 minutes.
