Quite a lengthy process but good communication and range of video interview as well as on site tour and in-person interview and questions. Was interviewed by same person throughout process.

Formal but still in a quite relaxing environment. I felt very confortable during all the process and stages of the interview. Employees in Arla take very serious their responsabilities but they are also very comprehensive.
