I applied online. I interviewed at Arla Foods in Jan 2020
Interview
Steps: Application, Online Assessment, Video Interview, Assessment Centre. The assessment was adapted to the overall COVID emergency; it has been conducted entirely in remote and was very long and challenging. We had to solve a business case of 30 minutes; we had an individual interview with the graduate program responsible and 2 hours interview with two professionals, one from the HR and the other one probably chosen depending on your background. The overall experience would have been perfect if they could have been able to give proper feedback. Many other candidates who made it to the very end like me did not get appropriate feedback, and considering both the position and the relevance of the company, is pretty upsetting. I was expecting something more even just to improve myself after such a long and highly demanding process. Up to today, I still cannot explain why I did not make it honestly.
