Relatively informal interview with a panel of 3 fishery managers. Whole process had sort of a feel that if they like you, that is more important the the questions being asked. Interview last approximately 15-20 minutes, the questions were somewhat complex for an entry level position .
If you were confronted by an upset fisherman questioning why you are stocking a lake with a certain fish species and not another how would you handle the situation?

Cover Letter, Resume, Letters of Recommendations application packet. Then if selected for interview: conference type telephone interview. Prepare for interview as if it were a full time job, internships are competitive like real jobs.
