I received a call in the morning to drop in for an interview. I went and had to wait thirty minutes to speak to a manager. When they came over I was brusquely told that no, they actually weren't hiring, and was completely dismissed. Later I called back the person who originally called me in and asked if there was some miscommunication. He very rudely and brusquely told me that whatever they said when I went in was what happened. This was appalling to me, along with his rudeness, as he was the one who had called me that morning. I have never been treated so rudely by a potential employer in my entire professional history.
