Interview
Came in for one interview with HR, then was asked back and had two interviews with Managers.
Various similar questions were asked by all.
Lots of questions about if you can do "admin" work without specifically asking about it.
Received email a few days later with contract
Applied on the company website. Recruiter screened me for behavioural before directing me to respective hiring manager. Hiring manager and recruiter both really undermined my qualifications for this role. Hiring manager really discouraged me from continuing to apply - noting it was an "intense work environment" and didn't speak highly of work culture there. Apparently the CEO goes around and interrogates everybody at the office about how much has changed at Aritzia since its inception. Speaking with hiring manager really deterred me from consideration of any other roles I had applied for. Did not have high expectations for the interview because of the poor experiences by sales associates, but did not expect them to undermine my qualifications or talk poorly about the work environment's pace.
