Simple initial phone call with hr, second interview with creative manager and creative director, then a final design test asking to design a creative that was similar to ones they design at the company

Exactly what you would expect from an analyst interview. A half and half combo of behavior/work questions plus questions about the technical side (Excel, PBI, etc.). As long as you come in at least knowing the terminology behind these technical questions, you'll do great.
