It was super relaxed - they mostly just want to make sure you'll work hard, be able to hold your own on a microphone, and not do anything stupid. I suggest getting there early, because the waterfront is crazy and I couldn't find the building. They won't throw any curveballs - just act natural, because you'll have to when you're giving tours.

They asked about past experiences, which was pretty straight-forward. Probably want to see some guest contact experience.
