Argosight interview questions

I applied online through LinkedIn on 11/6, recruiter contacted me about 3 weeks later by e-mail, to set up a phone interview the first week of December. Phone interview lasted around 30 minutes. Interviewer was initially unsure about the forum/vehicle through which I applied. Great energy by recruiter. No follow up after interview which is disappointing. Of my interviews 9.5 out of 10 have followed up with job status, go- or no-go. I get the sense that the company is fast moving and may be skipping a few things along the way.
