Interview
Had a group interview which was really easy. Paired me with the oldest woman in the room who kept talking about her children, in which I could not join in since I do not have children. The interviewers were awful as we had to go around the shop and help the customers which I did, however the interviewers did not observe me doing this which shows their lack of interest.
Makes me sad to read your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share it; it's really helpful to help us improve and strive not to give this sort of experience to anyone else.

Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
