Pros: Very friendly but thorough process, going through previous relevant experience and answering a series of questions to determine suitability. Interested in CV and previous retail experience.
Cons: They did not put as much importance on financial services offers than they should have, it is an important part of the job and not gaining enough financial service sales is detrimental to you.

It was good and fast and was an overall easy process I think the questions were positive and were oriehntated towards sales which made it more easier for me as I prepped in advance for my interview.

Tell me about a time where you showed good service skills
Had multiple sit downs with mid-managers and then senior manager. Needed to take a test to assess my qualifications. Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed the experience. Would work with them again.
