Submitted a check type application online then was called in via phone for a face to face interview with the manager. She asked a few experience / competency questions. It was overall quite relaxed and friendly.

eg. Tell me a time when… what would you do if…. How would you handle a situation like… etc .
You had to do an online assessment with your application with some scenario questions and then questions that are personality tailored. Then offered a 1 to 1 interview supposed to last 30 minutes

Tell us about a time you've had to deal with an unhappy customer ?
Casual conversation talking about experiences, skills etc. What the role was about and responsibilities it carries. Asked my availability and flexibility. Make sure you have questions to ask the interviewer asking about key aspects of the role.
