The phone screening consisted of a lead code problem related to graph traversal.
Python questions were related to decorators and containers. For Cuda Programming was asked to parallelise K-Means clustering algorithm. For system design I was asked to design a augmentation framework
The interview process typically follows several structured stages to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of each candidate:
Application Review
After candidates submit their applications, our recruitment team reviews resumes and cover letters to shortlist those who meet the basic qualifications and experience required for the role.
Initial Phone Screening
Shortlisted candidates are contacted for a 20–30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. This stage assesses general fit, communication skills, interest in the role, and availability.
First-Round Interview
Candidates who pass the screening are invited for a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager. This interview focuses on the candidate’s technical skills, experience, and problem-solving abilities relevant to the position.
