I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arevon in Apr 2026
Interview
The process was pretty fast - and good experience overall. A couple of days after I submitted my applciation, I was invited to a screening call with their recruiter. After the call, I was invited to interview with the hiring manager who is a director in the team. Then, they would invite you to a one-on-two panel interview with two people from their team. Then, the final round would be to speak wth their VP of Operations. Unfortunately, did not move forward after speaking with the hiring manager. I thought I didn't do too bad, would be great to include some feedback (even just a sentence or two) in their final email.
I completed the full interview process for a procurement role, including multiple rounds and a final panel. While the interviewers themselves were professional and respectful, the overall hiring process was inconsistent. Communication delays were common, timelines shifted without notice, and follow-up did not align with what was originally stated. This made it difficult to gauge my progress or what to expect next.

Interview
I initially had an Interview Screen where the recruiter asked three questions
1) Why Arevon?
2)Tell me about yourself
3) If you try to build a system that processes data in 1 minute, what would be your considerations?
The recruiter has emailed me saying that I have been moved forward for the next assessment round and asked me to solve two questions with one small code snippet, asking what the code does and how I would change it to return some other result. I have submitted the answers, which seemed easy, but 1 week later, I got a generalized rejection mail.
