First Round telephone interview was with an external recruiting company and it lasted about 15 minutes. It focused mainly on behevioural questions and some market awareness ones primarely relating to alternative investments

quick 25 min first round threw a quick call about 5-6 questions half half behav and technical but technicals not too hard . generalyy fast pace n process is fluent
Very straightforward and relaxed. Most of the questions were behavioral and the interview was very free-flowing. A couple light technical questions sprinkled in, but nothing remotely difficult (like basic things about three financial statements).
