Multiple recruiters reached out to me for the same job so I started off very confused and did two phone screens. Made it to next round with hiring manager, it was pretty intense vibes. He was doing work the whole time and was not friendly at all, asking me a ton about insurance and I did my best. Then I got ghosted by all 3 of the people I spoke to. This happened to a few roles I applied to before at ares - hr reaches out and then ghosts you. seems super disorganized
