A long journey into understanding that the negative reviews online are probably understated. Stay away even if you are desperate. It seems that this is a revolving door type of place where there is zero job security no matter how well you perform. This is a business furniture version of "Boiler Room" with no motivation.

More like they are using you to prospect potential clients. If you are not convinced by my advice and do interview make sure you ask them a lot of questions and get everything about your offer in writing. Especially details regarding insurance.
