Ardmore Toyota interview questions

Had me report for interview on tuesday. Told to come back thursday and friday for group interview job overview etc. Told to come back friday for Interview again. Told would have hiring decision by Saturday. I called and was told to come back Tuedsay for another interview. Was told would have a decision in two days. was told to come back on Monday to meet the sales manager. I informed them that I need a hiring decision I had turned down other jobs, and need to go to work. He said sure I will find out today. I am not sure why they will keep you hanging on for weeks on end and lie about the decision 46 folks applied and lots just could not keep coming back day after day. Each day I was there the company was interviewing and accepting applications. It looks like a good place to work. But it feels like they take advantage of the entry level commission only employees. How one can not get somewhat frustrated by the lies. I went to another dealership and was offered a job on the spot. Dont waste your time if you are wanting to get to work in a few weeks. Who can afford to wait 3 weeks and still not get a hiring decision. Also they are only looking for new folks for the auto industry ( my take is they want you to sell to your mom dad brother etc. then let you starve on a commission only structure) if you are a sales professional they are not interested in your skill or past performance.
