I applied online. I interviewed at Arden University (Leeds, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
I applied my CV through the website of Arden University. It took 1-2 weeks for them to get back to me with Interview invite. I came to the campus and attended in person with a panel including 2 people, one is Campus Manager and 1 is Lead Student Hub Advisor. They're friendly and asked about 8-10 competency questions.

I interviewed at Arden University (Holborn, England)
Interview
1 test and 1 panel interview. Interviewers were very approachable and interview questions are people-oriented, which made the whole experience quite enjoyable. The questions are mostly competency and behavioural. They don't just ask about what skills you have, but also what kind of person you are. Overall I had a positive interview experience with Arden.
I applied online. I interviewed at Arden University (Ealing, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Written Test, and then onto face-to-face panel interview. The whole process lasted an hour. Interviewers are friendly and professional. They first elaborate how the Ealing Campus has evolved and requires an additional Student Hub Advisor.
During the interview, we discussed my current role, as well as my experience and competencies through several scenario-based questions. I was a little nervous and had just come out of a café after experiencing some rather draining diarrhoea, so I did not present everything I had prepared as well as I would have liked. However, I gradually felt more assured and settled thanks to the welcoming atmosphere created by the reception team and the interviewers.
The interview outcome was swift—I received the no-offer email this morning, and the interview had taken place last Friday. The email informing me of the result was written professionally. Best of luck to Arden. Although I did not get the job, the interview served as a useful opportunity for training and reflection on how I can continue to improve myself.
One observation from my interview day was that the faculty and students were mainly people of colour, reflecting a very diverse community. This is something higher education in the UK truly needs in order to keep up with and better serve its student population.
