Following a phone screen with recruiter and 1:1 call with the hiring manager, the process involved 3 panel interviews with 2 interviewers in two of the panels, and 3 interviewers in one. It was very much a behavioral interview format, so having a good recollection of specific examples of how you dealt with certain challenges and situations or capitalized on opportunities is important. The next step was interviewing with the hiring manager and Chief Procurement Officer.
