Knowledgeable. You will be asked about your knowledge and skills. And most probably will ask you for examples such as accident cases: construction, motor vehicle accidents, construction, slip & fall, no-fault claims, workers compensation, etc

How will you determine if a case is worth presenting to attorney; how will you start on a new case, how will responsible parties be identify, etc. You will be tested on different cases scenarios.
