Architects In Partnership interview questions

Interviewer asked personal questions, such as, are you married? and replied that young women disrupt the workforce by getting married and taking time off to start a family. Interviewer revealed personal information about why they had to recently fire an employee from the position which they were hiring for.

The interview was really relaxed but still professional. They were more interested to see how the personality and work interests fit with the company.The partner who interviewed me was really professional and made it very clear that he is open to talk about anything. He wants what is best for me whether I accepted his offer or not. Overall it went well.
