Archipelago Strategies Group interview questions

The interview started 20 minutes late because the CEO/Founder was in a meeting so I needed to make small talk with the person who let me into the office which fortunately wasn't difficult. Other than a lack of follow up, even a generic "we have decided to move forward with another candidate" email after I emailed about the status of the position would have sufficed, and one odd interview question it was just an average standard interview at a small marketing office.
