Interview
When you arrive, they ask you to wait in the lobby and then you are seated in their conference room where two employees explain to you what they would like you to do and ask you about your work, experience, etc. When the interview is done, they show you around the office and introduce you to everyone there; people who work in your area show you what they're working on.
