Nearly 4 weeks after submitting the CV, got the HR interview with general questions on the phone for nearly 1 hour And was invited to the office for a 3-round interview that last for half day with line manager, team leader and department manager. It was quite efficient. Questions from general background and knowledge check to motivation and attitude tests, not difficult ones but with purpose to see whether the candidates fit in the team 2 weeks later got the offer and the whole process from submitting the CV to receive the offer took one and half month It was a very enjoyable process and met very good HR and best boss of my life so far back then.
