The process started off well and was quick with a personality test and assessment centre. However once passing both and reaching the interview stage they became unresponsive and did not provide an interview date. They then emailed 21 days after the fact to advise they are no longer recruiting for the role. For such a big firm to remove a graduate position and take a considerable length of time to tell you, is incredibly unprofessional.

Interview
Lengthy process with little communication between each stage. Starting with online application and questions, then an online aptitude test through the arctic shores app, a group assessment centre and finally a 1 to 1 interview which was online.
HR liked to make out they were personal and cared but would then leave it months between each stage and not respond to emails. After making it through the group assessment I was told my 1 to 1 interview would be soon. Over a month later it required me to chase them up to actually get my interview.
In comparison to other interviews, I wasn't made to feel at ease.
