Applied online and received an interview request two months later. Short screening interview with recruiter and a new hire who would be working in HR. Entire thing lasted maybe 20 minutes.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ArcSite in Jul 2025
Interview
The process was extensive — 8 interview in total (including screening) as well as a strategic assignment. I was told an offer was being finalized and that we had alignment on terms. Then the CEO rescinded the offer at the last minute. Apparently something that is a habit of his according to similar reviews.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ArcSite (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2025
Interview
I did a total of 5 interviews for this position. It took a total of 4 hours over 5 weeks. After having a very successful set of interviews, the CEO decided to reverse course on the position and dissolved the position I was interviewing for. It was a horrible experience. I understand that things change, but they should have made the choice much earlier in the process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Although I was interviewed 5 different times, I was repeatedly asked to share my background. It made me feel like their teams did not communicate well with on another. Responding to the same question over and over is a waste of interview time for both parties. That information should be captured in notes and passed on to the next set of interviewers so more time can be spent on real questions.
